ZachXBT Flags Multiple WOO X Users Reporting Withdrawals…

Crypto exchange WOO X is facing scrutiny over delayed withdrawals after multiple customers reported transactions remaining unprocessed for hours or days, prompting blockchain investigator ZachXBT to publicly question the platform. The complaints accumulated across X over several days before ZachXBT amplified them on September 6, saying multiple verified WOO X users had contacted him about withdrawal problems. Some customers reported requests remaining in “pending,” “processing” or “submitted” status for as long as three days. One user said they had maintained Level 2 verification with WOO X for approximately five years but had been unable to complete a withdrawal for three days. Another reported that a transfer to a self-custody wallet remained submitted for more than six hours. Other customers alleged that withdrawal requests had been canceled after remaining unresolved. The individual complaints do not establish that withdrawals are unavailable across WOO X, and other users have reported successfully completing transactions during the same period.

WOO X Acknowledges Withdrawal Delays

WOO X responded publicly on Sunday, saying it was aware of reports concerning withdrawal processing times and was reviewing both affected cases and the status of its systems. The exchange said some requests may remain under review or be awaiting onchain processing. WOO X asked affected customers to contact official support with their user ID, withdrawal order ID, request time, asset and network, and a screenshot showing the transaction status. The company has not announced a platform-wide withdrawal suspension. Its support page has previously published notices when individual blockchain networks were temporarily disabled for maintenance, including Filecoin, Polygon, BSC, Base and Optimism during 2026.No comparable general withdrawal-maintenance announcement currently explains the complaints raised by ZachXBT. WOO X has also not provided a specific timeline for clearing the affected transactions. ZachXBT criticized the exchange’s response, arguing that users had been seeking assistance for days before the complaints received wider attention. WOO X subsequently told him that its customer-support team was actively investigating the withdrawal tickets and would contact affected users directly.

FusionX Ownership Draws Additional Scrutiny

The delays have also drawn attention to WOO X’s ownership. FusionX Digital acquired WOO X in the fourth quarter of 2025, ending the platform’s previous ownership structure and introducing new strategic backing. ZachXBT raised questions about FusionX Digital’s corporate structure and its reported links to Sheldon Xia, founder of cryptocurrency exchange BitMart. Those connections have heightened sensitivity around the withdrawal complaints because BitMart announced a restructuring in July 2026 and subsequently faced its own customer complaints involving access to funds. However, the situations should not be conflated. There is currently no public evidence establishing that WOO X is insolvent, that customer assets are missing or that its withdrawal delays are caused by the same issues affecting BitMart. WOO X continues to operate its trading platform and has directed users toward its proof-of-reserves page while investigating the delayed transactions. Withdrawal delays at centralized exchanges nevertheless attract particular scrutiny because users surrender direct control of their assets while funds remain on the platform. A transaction sitting in an internal “pending” state may have several explanations, ranging from compliance or security reviews to wallet infrastructure and liquidity management. Without a detailed explanation from the exchange, the reason for the current WOO X delays remains unclear. The immediate question is therefore not whether WOO X has stopped withdrawals altogether — available evidence does not support that conclusion — but why multiple customers experienced unusually long processing times and when their individual requests will be completed. WOO X’s acknowledgment represents the first step toward answering that question. A clearer explanation of the cause, the number of affected customers and the status of the backlog would determine whether the incident remains an operational delay or develops into a broader concern for the exchange.
