Bitcoin ETFs Attract $526.7 Million as Crypto Funds Rebound…

US-listed cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds recorded approximately $416.7 million in combined net inflows on Monday, October 19, 2026, reversing Friday’s $164.8 million withdrawal as Bitcoin products attracted substantial fresh capital.According to Farside Investors, spot Bitcoin ETFs received $526.7 million, their strongest daily inflow since late September. Ethereum ETFs recorded approximately $103.3 million in withdrawals, according to secondary trackers, while Solana funds lost $6.7 million. The contrasting results highlight a divergence in investor demand, with Bitcoin attracting renewed allocations while competing cryptocurrency investment products remain under pressure. Monday’s performance followed a difficult trading week in which the three ETF categories collectively lost approximately $585.5 million. The rebound therefore represents a significant improvement in daily flows, although it does not yet establish a sustained recovery in institutional cryptocurrency demand.

BlackRock Drives Bitcoin’s Return to Positive Flows

BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) attracted $665.2 million on October 19, accounting for the entire category’s positive momentum before withdrawals from competing funds. Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) recorded $83.6 million in outflows, while Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) lost $54.9 million. All other tracked Bitcoin funds reported no net movement. The resulting $526.7 million inflow represented a $609.1 million turnaround from Friday, when Bitcoin ETFs experienced $82.4 million in redemptions. IBIT’s performance was particularly notable because the fund had recorded $71.8 million in withdrawals during the previous session. The latest inflow also exceeded the $175.7 million recorded across Bitcoin ETFs on October 13, demonstrating the scale of Monday’s recovery. However, Fidelity and Grayscale continued experiencing redemptions, suggesting that the positive category total was concentrated in BlackRock rather than distributed evenly across issuers.Bitcoin’s improving price performance provided additional market context. The cryptocurrency rose approximately 2.4% during Monday’s session, reaching around $82,830 as investors reassessed expectations for Federal Reserve interest rates. Nevertheless, ETF inflows and cryptocurrency price movements do not independently establish a causal relationship.

Ethereum and Solana Extend Their Outflow Streaks

Ethereum ETFs recorded approximately $103.3 million in net withdrawals on October 19, worsening from Friday’s $69.7 million outflow. BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) accounted for $95.4 million in redemptions. Fidelity’s Ethereum Fund (FETH) lost $6 million, while Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) recorded $1.9 million in withdrawals. The remaining tracked Ethereum funds showed no net flows. The result marked Ethereum’s fourth consecutive negative session, bringing cumulative withdrawals since October 14 to approximately $362.8 million. Solana ETFs also remained negative, recording $6.7 million in withdrawals.Bitwise’s Solana ETF (BSOL) lost $4.9 million, while Franklin Templeton’s Solana fund (FSOL) experienced $1.8 million in redemptions. Other tracked Solana products reported no net movement. Although Solana’s outflow was smaller than Friday’s $12.7 million withdrawal, the category continued its negative streak.Across all three categories, Bitcoin’s inflows more than offset the combined $110 million withdrawn from Ethereum and Solana products. The figures suggest investors are currently favoring Bitcoin exposure over alternative cryptocurrency investment vehicles. However, daily ETF flows measure net share creations and redemptions rather than trading volume, and do not reveal investors’ underlying motivations. Further sessions will determine whether Bitcoin’s recovery broadens across the cryptocurrency ETF market or remains concentrated in BlackRock’s flagship fund.
