Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) decided on Friday to invite more legal trouble for herself after disgracefully defaming President Trump on social media and setting off a firestorm.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, a new FBI, DOJ memo obtained by Axios on Sunday concluded that dead p*dophile Jeffrey Epstein did not have a client list that he used for blackmail. The FBI also determined that Epstein did commit suicide in August 2019.
The FBI memo also said there is no evidence that Epstein blackmailed powerful political figures. Additionally, the memo suggested that no further Epstein records will be released.
AOC, who is not exactly legally savvy, decided to try to dunk on Trump while at the same time calling him a “r*pist.”

As TGP readers know, Trump was never convicted of r*pe. In fact, he sued ABC last year after George Stephanopoulos claimed he was “found liable for r*pe” by a Manhattan jury in the E. Jean Carroll case. The corrupt leftist jury found Trump liable for defaming certified nut E.Jean Carroll, not for r*pe.
ABC and Stephanopoulos paid Trump a whopping $16 MILLION for their sick comments, plus $1 million for the Trump team’s legal fees. The 16 million will be donated to “a Presidential Foundation and Museum” established by President Trump.
Social media users immediately erupted upon seeing this tweet from AOC, with many noting ABC’s lawsuit and others mentioning Joe Biden.
If Trump is a rapist, then surely he was convicted of rape in a criminal court and you have evidence of that conviction right?
If not, then this is defamation, and the ABC case that resulted in a $15M payment to Trump is precedent that puts you in legal jeopardy.

AOC is going to be sued for a lot of things so she just doesn’t care at this point.
She’s been caught with illegals on her congressional and campaign staffs.
