U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee Sends President Trump Powerful Text Message with a Historical Analogy as Trump Weighs His Options On Israel-Iran War

One underrated voice in President Trump’s ear has broken his silence on the ongoing Israel-Iran war with a lengthy and powerful statement this morning that contains significant historical context.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported, Israel carried out a massive bombing campaign on Iran’s nuclear sites. The Jewish state conducted the preemptive strike, called “Strength of a Lion,” after receiving dire intelligence that its sworn enemy had enough enriched uranium to build several bombs within days.

Iran, of course, has made the complete destruction of Israel its primary mission. Just imagine what would happen if the Islamic Republic ever achieved its nuclear aims.

While Trump has pushed both sides to make peace, he has also stated that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon and that “it’s possible” America could get involved in the war. Moreover, he has harshly criticized former ally Tucker Carlson for criticizing his handling of the conflict.

As Trump continues to consider his options, another important voice has shared his thoughts. U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee recently sent the president a powerful text message that Trump thought was significant enough to share.

Huckabee starts by expressing his heartfelt belief that God had a hand in saving President Trump’s life and noted that Trump is the one person made for the moment.

The ambassador then encourages Trump to listen to God and let Him help make the most important foreign policy decision (at least in Huckabee’s opinion) since former president Harry Truman ordered the dropping of the atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki back in 1945.

Huckabee closed by noting he is honored to serve Trump during this critical moment in history.

Here is the full message:

Mr President, God spared you in Butler, PA to be the most consequential President in a century—maybe ever. The decisions on your shoulders I would not want to be made by anyone else.

You have many voices speaking to you Sir, but there is only ONE voice that matters. HIS voice. I am your appointed servant in this land and am available for you but I do not try to get in your presence often because I trust your instincts.

No President in my lifetime has been in a position like yours. Not since Truman in 1945.

I don’t reach out to persuade you. Only to encourage you. I believe you will hear from heaven and that voice is far more important than mine or ANYONE else’s. You sent me to Israel to be your eyes, ears, and voice and to make sure our flag flies above our embassy. My job is to be the last one to leave.

I will not abandon this post. Our flag will NOT come down! You did not seek this moment. This moment sought YOU! It is my honor to serve you!

Huckabee’s line on Truman is raising eyebrows on social media with many wondering why he included that to begin with.

Did you all read the memo Mike Huckabee sent to the President. The one line sent chills through me…..that this might just be the second biggest decision a president has had to make since Truman in 1945

Ambassador Huckabee definitely has a way with words

“God has chosen Trump for this moment”. And comparisons with Harry Truman. What exactly does US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee mean?
