Diddy allegedly forbade ‘Jane’ to stop having sex in the ‘freakoff’ sex marathons until he said so.
The high-profile trial of disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has finished its fourth week with the disturbing testimony of his most recent ‘girlfriend’, an influencer who testified under the pseudonym ‘Jane Doe’.
Jane, who dated Diddy up until his arrest in September 2024, told the jury how Diddy brutally beat her and forced her to have unprotected sex with strangers.
Jane wept during her ordeal on the stand while recalling how she would try to end sex marathons early — but Diddy controlled when she was allowed to be done with the male escorts.
She was asked by prosecutors how many “rounds” she would have to endure on the ‘drug-fueled sexual encounters’ she called a ‘hotel night’.
New York Post reported:
“’Who decided if you could stop?’ prosecutor Maurene Comey asked the witness. Jane started to choke up while responding. ‘Sean’, she said, as she burst into tears and dabbed at her eyes with a tissue.”
Jane: Ecstasy.
AUSA Comey: Did you ever cry after one of these hotel nights?
Jane: Twice.
AUSA: Tell us about the first.
Jane: I thought it was a date night, one on one, but he said there would be an entertainer but just a quick one. I hung onto that but 18 hours

“’Jane’ said not only did she take ecstasy for their so-called ‘hotel nights’ — aka ‘freak-offs’ — but she pumped herself with caffeine, water, smoothies and protein shakes to keep up the sexual performances with male escorts for the Bad Boy Records founder.”
Jane told the jury she didn’t want to have sex with other men, ‘had to take’ drugs to endure the sex marathons.
Wanting to help Combs get sober, so she decided not to take drugs like she usually did on a hotel night with escorts, but she threw up because she was ‘disgusted’.
AUSA Comey: Where did you give Sean the package?
Jane: In the bathroom of Two Star. He opened it and then I saw colorful pills. I assumed-
AUSA: I don’t want you to assume. Did you take the pills?
Jane: Yes, for a hotel night. It was Ecstasy.

“[‘Jane’] loudly sobbed as she told jurors she had sex with a male escort without using a condom during a ‘freak-off’ on her birthday because she didn’t want the rapper ‘to be unhappy with me’.[…] Jane testified in fits and starts as she choked up and wept loudly, recounting the night when Combs gave her a ‘dirty’ look and snapped, ‘You better not ask for a f–king condom’.”
The jury heard audio messages from Diddy calling her crazy after ‘Jane’ told him ‘she needed a breather and a break from you. This doesn’t feel good at all’.
“’I’d like to get off the hamster wheel and do something different with you, I deserve it’, the woman testifying under the alias ‘Jane’ texted the mogul in February 2023.”
Jane: I took a liking to Paul. I was more comfortable. I thought he was handsome and nice and he had a warm energy.
AUSA Comey: Did you want to have sex with him?
Jane: No. But if I had to have sex with someone, I guess, it was not so bad with Paul.

It was odd to discover that Diddy is still paying $10,000-monthly rent for the posh house that Jane lives in, even as she testifies against him.
She told the jury that they struck up a two-year ‘love contract’ in April 2023 in which he paid her $10,000 a month, and she said that she uses all of the money to pay rent on her big house.
“When Jane wasn’t apparently enthusiastic enough in text messages about an upcoming ‘freak-off’ sex session, the […] rapper went off on her. ‘Well, get over it please’, Combs texted her back. ‘Look at the roof over your head and that pretty smile’. Jane earlier told jurors that the hip-hop mogul also previously paid for her to get veneers.”
Jane testimony will continue on Monday.
