Pastor Sewell’s testimony before the Michigan House Election Integrity Committee
While “elected” Democrat officials like Michigan Governor Whitmer, MI Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (who is now running for governor), and MI AG Dana Nessel have used Detroit to push them over the finish line in critical elections, very little focus by these elected officials has been placed on actually helping the few citizens who actually voted for them. Step outside of the “safe zones” where people both inside and outside of Detroit come for sports, entertainment, shopping, and dining, and you will find a much different picture.
Downtown Highland Park, Michigan, an enclave of Detroit, is an example of how these forgotten communities have been mismanaged by “elected” Democrats for decades.
It’s no secret that Democrats rely on these black-majority cities when it comes time for elections. Black-majority cities across America have become reliable, massive voting blocs for Democrats, so much so that, according to Ramon Jackson, they don’t even bother to campaign in the city of Detroit. “Ellissa Slotkin didn’t even have to come to the city of Detroit, because she knew that they would give her the votes she needed to win her recent US Senate election,” Ramon told us.
Although President Trump won the state of Michigan by a large number, somehow, the unpopular Michigan Democrat Senate candidate Elissa Slotkin was able to win over a large enough number of “voters” in Detroit’s November 2024 election, that she secured a seat in the US Senate to replace the now-retired Democrat Senator Debbie Stabenow.

Neighborhoods in the city of Detroit have been neglected for decades. “Elected” Democrats look the other way as trash piles up in front of occupied and unoccupied homes. Feral packs of dogs roam the streets of Detroit. Community centers that once served as safe spaces for children in black-majority communities across America have been turned into shelters for illegal aliens, and the decent-paying jobs in factories that many living in these neighborhoods once had were stripped away when manufacturing was shipped overseas. The Democrats Detroiters ‘elected’ have done absolutely nothing to bring those factory jobs back.

Meanwhile, Democrat election officials from critical swing states, with black-majority communities that magically push them over the finish line in crucial elections, like Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson, who notoriously has administered the most crooked and non-transparent elections in America, received “awards” from former “President” Joe Biden for their “good work” in the 2020 election.

Pastor Lorenzo’s passionate plea for help from Michigan lawmakers to fix the fraudulent elections laid bare the harsh reality of why Democrats don’t feel compelled to repay them for their “votes,” once they’re elected.
“I’ve come to say that we’re suffering today—suffering with poverty, crime, and foreclosures…” he began.
Pastor Sewell continued, “I’ve come here today crying out for the poor—not only Detroit, but 16 majority black cities that suffer the greatest! The outspoken pastor told the election integrity committee that Michigan is not unique when it comes to mass voter fraud being perpetrated on black-majority cities in America. “{One thousand majority cities in America representing 52 congressional districts that all share one thing in common—They are the worst of the worst communities to live in!” he said, asking, “Why is that? Why is it that when you see Black people gather together, that you see some of the greatest ills in our nation?”
“As a pastor, I have to understand,” Pastor Lorenzo Sewell told the committee, as he introduced his friend, whom he calls his ‘political mentor, Ramon Jackson. “And with the system of the greatest political mind that has ever crossed the bridge of time, Ramon Jackson. With his proprietary system— he’s helped me he’s help our church. And now, he can help Michigan, and help our nation be able to uncover why what is the causal root of why Black people are suffering the way they are,” he asked and then responded, “The causal root is a political murderer!” He explained, “We found a political murder in the street! This political murder is a serial killer, and we see all the dead bodies of poverty, crime, foreclosure, illiteracy, and an epidemic of commercial buildings and churches being taken because of water drainage fees, illegal municipal bonds. We see that these are nothing but dead bodies! And this one serial killer—this one political murderer—is the one who we can all handcuff today with your help!” he told the committee. “That you would ask me who is that political murderer?” Pastor Sewell asked, adding, “His name is election fraud! He uses the weapon of people who are not elected by us, but ‘selected.’ He uses this weapon of people that we never voted in, but they were cheated. He uses this weapon to cause this continuum of crisis in our communities, people that don’t represent us because they were never voted in by us! They mismanage our resources. They misappropriate our funds, and they do it because they were never elected by us!”
“And we’re asking you today. Would you help stop our suffering? We’re asking you today if you would please help stop all of our pain. We’re asking you today—Would you help your largest shareholders? We’re the single largest voting bloc! Help handcuff this criminal.”

Pastor Sewell’s plea for help was met with applause from the large group of Detroit residents who traveled with him to Lansing to show their support and to testify about how voter fraud has directly affected them. These people are asking Michigan lawmakers to do what should have been done decades ago: get rid of the dead and fake voters on their voter rolls and give them a chance to see honest election results in their city.
