Anti-Tesla protesters took to the streets on Saturday in Manhattan, calling for violent terrorism and arson against Tesla drivers and reportedly for Elon Musk’s death, as leftists participated in an astroturfed nationwide protest at over 200 Tesla showrooms.
This comes amid a string of violence and vandalism against Tesla owners.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, a 61-year-old woman in Arizona was beaten up while sitting in her car. The victim, who wished to remain anonymous and was referred to as “Susan,” told reporters that she was appalled when a motorist chased her, boxed her in, and began beating her through an open car window.
One clip from the unruly protest shows individuals holding signs and banners that read, “Burn a Tesla Save Democracy,” call for liberals to “fight the Nazis,” and accuse Elon Musk of “stealing from you.”
Protesters also displayed a representation of a vandalized Tesla with holes in the windows and flames spewing from the interior.

The protest was led by Democratic New York officials, including Assemblymembers Zohran Mamdani and Micah Lasher and State Senator Brad Royalman Siegel.
Siegel announced that he will introduce legislation to open a politicized investigation and ensure that Elon Musk—a private citizen and business owner—”has the same scrutiny as he says he’s applying to the rest of the federal government.”
Lasher added, “Are they creating the jobs that they said they would? Are they making the investments in the state of New York that they’re obligated to do? And if they aren’t, this contract will be canceled and Elon Musk will be evicted.”

According to investigative reporter Andy Ngo, “Leftist protesters shut down access to the Tesla store in Manhattan by laying on the ground outside on March 29. They held up signs urging for Elon Musk to be shot and for more Tesla property to be firebombed.”
Musk responded to the hateful and violence-inciting protesters, commenting, “First of all, there are no cuts to Medicaid, Social Security or other entitlements, unless stopping fraud is considered a ‘cut’. Second, organizing a campaign to call for the death of someone is illegal. The organizers and funders will be found and prosecuted.”
In another post, Musk added, “Based on the videos I’ve seen so far, the worst fear of the paid Tesla ‘protestors’ appears to be having to get a real job.“
Several arrests were made Saturday for trespassing and potentially for violent conduct. In the video below, police are seen dragging a violent protester out of a building, where a glass door is shattered.
