In a remarkable move towards abolishing DEI throughout the land, the University of Southern California (USC) is now reviewing online pages containing diversity and inclusion phrases, according to Campus Reform. One school at a time, we can take back the country.
According to Campus Reform, the University announced, “We are conducting this review to clarify the intent of our programs and practices, strengthen their effectiveness, and ensure alignment with our compliance obligations in light of recent executive orders and agency guidance.”
This shows yet again the wide impact of President Trump’s executive order abolishing DEI. For liberal universities, this means no more worthless DEI language and courses.
According to The Los Angeles Times, the office of DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) will no longer exist as a standalone office. This is indeed an important first step to completely abolishing DEI in the university.
Despite this progress in the case of USC they have not gone all the way as of yet. Nevertheless, this is the first step and much more progress toward the goal of abolishing then other universities have made. Sadly most universities continue to promote DEI.
With some notable exceptions, such as the University of Michigan Nursing School “removing its DEI page along with a DEI statement, many universities are as of now ignoring the presidential executive order.”
Columbia University and Northeastern University in Massachusetts also eliminated references to diversity, equity, and inclusion programs on their respective websites.”
Now that there is a new sheriff in town, one can assume that changes are coming and that this will be the first of many.
The days of weakness and promoting DEI above qualifications are over this is no longer Biden’s America.
The University of Cincinnati has announced they are eliminating all DEI initiatives in order to receive federal funding.
“On Feb. 17, the U.S. Department of Education announced that it eliminated more than $600 million in grants that went toward funding “divisive ideologies” “social justice activism,” DEI, and “Critical Race Theory.”
For now some universities are skirting around these requirements its time for The president to cut off funding to these cultural Marxist schools.
