Joe Biden spoke to reporters after the Pentagon shot down the Chinese spy balloon.
The spy balloon was shot down over the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of the Carolinas at approximately 2:40 pm ET on Saturday.

This is of course after the spy balloon was allowed to float over the United States with Joe Biden’s full approval.
Biden told reporters that he ordered the Pentagon to shoot down the spy balloon on Wednesday when it was spotted over Billings, Montana.
But he was told ‘let’s wait for the safest place to do it.’
So who is actually in charge?
Isn’t Joe Biden the Commander-in-Chief?
“I told them to shoot it down on Wednesday. They said to me, ‘let’s wait for the safest place to do it,” Biden told reporters in Hagerstown, Maryland.
