Rep. Scott Perry delivered a blistering speech on the House floor and nominates Rep. Byron Donalds for Speaker.
Perry also took a swipe at Speaker Pelosi. “The person who has done the most to make this fabulous, this wonderful Republican majority, is Speaker Pelosi!”
He told the House assembly they could make history today by voting for the first black Speaker of the House.
This was an exceptional speech by a committed conservative lawmaker.
